VOTE THIS TUESDAY, MARCH 21
at Town Hall on Market Street
Polls will be open Noon to 9:00PM
Elect Gary Bassett for Mayor
I am running for Mayor because Rhinebeck deserves better leadership, better roads, a better water system, stronger working relationships within Village, and with the Town, County and State. Right now our drinking water supply and public safety are threatened by the plan to anchor oil barges off Rhinecliff. Already towns and villages all along the Hudson have come together to oppose this plan, yet current leadership has done nothing to address this threat. Our streets require a better on-going program of repair. Experience shows that on these and other issues, we can’t go at it alone and need
to work with the people and resources around us.
As a corporate manager and 1st assistant chief at Rhinecliff Fire and Rescue, I coordinated the work of large groups of people and completed projects on budget. As Village Trustee, I focused on rebuilding our water system and the real impacts of climate change on village property and shared computer systems with the Town.
As your Mayor I will raise-up your voice and together we will build relationships and face the issues to bring Rhinebeck ever forward.
Keep Gina Fox Village Trustee
My roots run deep in Rhinebeck. Raising my four children here has allowed me to become deeply invested in the community.
I currently serve on the Rhinebeck Cemetery Committee and volunteer at the Church of the Messiah Food Pantry. One of the things that I am most proud of is serving as the only women on the Board of Trustees in the Village of Rhinebeck. My position enables me to bring a voice to the board for every resident regardless of party, age, or time of living here.
I will continue to bring your concerns forward so we can build a brighter future. I have a long record of prompt responsiveness to my constituents and I have proven that over the past year. I would love the opportunity to continue to serve the people here in Rhinebeck as I ask for your vote on March 21st.
